Happy New Year VSTers!!!! Rebecca and I and our staff would like to start this newsletter with a big THANK YOU! We had a very successful 2012, and we could not have done it without the help from all of you. As you all know, it is our goal to bring you new and exciting things to the bakery, and we have many new ideas for 2013, so HERE WE COME!!!!
In VST tradition, it is a new month, so that means you need new flavors! We have brought back a few, and came up with some new. Now without further ado....
Hazel-Nutella: Do you miss nutella? Yep,so do we...but not anymore! We have made our very own Nutella out of hazelnuts and delicious chocolate. We have a vanilla cake topped with a creamy smooth chocolate nutella frosting. This comes in gluten free too!
Banana Split: This is an oldy, but a goody! Vanilla cake filled with our delicious banana custard, topped with banana cream cheese frosting, drizzled with a chocolate ganache, and topped with a sweet cherry. It is as if you are at your favorite ice cream parlor, only better. Gluten free is available.
Vanilla Chocolate: As many of you know, we are officially on Bspot's kids menu! So we thought to honor that feat we would make it this month's special. SImple and classic! Vanilla cake topped with our chocolate frosting, a classic every kid can enjoy. Gluten free is available.
Cupcakes and Cocktails Continues, and it is a great success! With the weather acting all wintery, and cold we couldn't think of a better way to warm yourself up than with a nice glass of red wine with your cupcake. Don't forget if you are at the mall getting dinner, you can get your dessert and night cap with us. All of our alcohol is vegan friendly, so you can indulge with a conscience.
Keep an eye out, for gift baskets!!! We have been getting many requests for gift baskets for different events. So ask, and you will receive. Whether it is a baby shower, a bridal shower, hostess gift, or your secretary's birthday, fear no more. We will be debuting our custom gift baskets for your perfect gift! Don't forget a special day is coming up next month, ahem Valentine's Day, ahem...
Just a little mainence in the end. The bakery has been busier, and we just wanted to remind everyone of our ordering process so that you don't get left without a dessert.
Custom Cupcakes: minimum 24 business hours notice, if they are not on the menu that month, we ask minimum of 6 per custom flavor combination.
Cakes: Minimum 48 business hours notice. We put a lot of time and effort into the cakes, and require the proper time to make them beautiful for you :)
Wedding Cakes: 2 month minimum notice. We have been receiving a lot of wedding inquires, and we need the proper time to create a cake of that size. We also REQUIRE a wedding consultation, to ensure proper communication on your vision. Call the bakery and speak with Rebecca or Tiffany for more information.
