April is here, and we are dancing in the bakery hoping this month brings some nice weather! We have been very busy at the bakery with weddings, and now we are thinking about Easter!!! We have some great desserts to help you make your Easter a bit more healthy, and delicious. Last year we made vegan easter baskets, and they were a hit, so naturally we are doing them again. The baskets are custom order, and we need a minimum of 48 hour notice since they take some time to make. We are also keeping the tradition and making chocolate eggs, cookies, and bunny lollipops.
Vegan Easter Baskets: $25 ea. Filled with sugar cookies, cake pops, bunny lollipops, and vegan jelly beans. (48 hr notice)
Chocolate Eggs: $3 ea. Half of a chocolate egg, filled with your choice of mallow, caramel, or peanut butter. (Gluten Free too)
Bunny Lollipops: 72% couveture chocolate bunny lollipops, with a pretzels as the stick.
New cupcake and cake flavors are here as well! We brought back an oldy but favorite, and made up a new flavor as well.
Peep: Vanilla cupcake topped with a mallow frosting, rolled in sanding sugar adorned with a mini chick on top.
Hostess: Chocolate cake filled with a creamy marshmellow style filling, topped with chocolate ganache, and white swirls on top.
Sugar Cookies: Our famous sugar cookies shaped as eggs, carrots, and a bunny.
In closing, we thought we would let you in on the big news of a new client of ours! Vegan Sweet Tooth desserts are now being sold at NORDSTROM E BAR in Beachwood Mall! So if you are out and about shopping, make sure to get a snack at the E bar!
