This month we have a lot of exciting things going on!!! To state the obvious, St. Patrick's Day falls in this month, and we personally love this holiday. Eveyone is Irish on that holiday...right? Another really great thing happening this month is VEG GALA!!! We have some new flavors, and fun desserts, so let us dive in.
Our new cupcake flavors, are Irish Princess, Tiramisu, and Mint Chocolate Chip.
Irish Princess: Chocolate cake soaked with a Jameson simple syrup, filled and topped with a vegan "Bailey's Irish Cream" frosting. YUM! (Adult Cupcake Alert! The Jameson is NOT baked out) Available in Gluten Free too!
Mint Chocolate Chip: Chocolate cake topped with our delicious mint chocolate chip frosting, sprinkled with chocolate chips on top. Minty-licious! Available in Gluten Free too!
Tiramisu: Vanilla cake soaked with espresso simple syrup, topped with tiramisu frosting, sprinkled with cocoa powder.
All of the offered desserts can be made gluten free, and if you want them to be a cake, we can do that too :)
We are soooooooo excited to attend Cleveland Vegan Society's VEG GALA on March 9th this year. Last year we went to it, and had a blast! Becca and I filled our bellies with more vegan food than we could barely handle! DEL.ICIO.US! We will be handing out our yummy desserts, and mingling with our favorite people...YOU! You have to go, it is one of the best events of the year, before Veg Fest that is ;) Anyways, I digress, ORDER YOUR TICKETS. They sold out last year, so don't let that happen to you. See you there!!!
