Just in case you missed the newsletter, facebook post, and twitter post, I figured I would tell you that Vegan Sweet Tooth is officially certified KOSHER!  We are very excited to add this to our resume.  We sent out a press release to the media, and every avenue we could think of.  I have attached the press release below for your viewing pleasure.

Vegan Sweet Tooth Announces Kosher Certification

WOODMERE, OHIO (September 1, 2011) – Vegan Sweet Tooth, a new specialty sweet shop located in the interior

mall at Eton Chagrin Boulevard, is pleased to announce that all its products and baked goods have been certified

Kosher-Pareve by Rabbi Aryeh Spero of Quality Kosher Supervision in Canton, Ohio.

Vegan Sweet Tooth opened in June 2011. Local owners Tiffany O’Neill and Rebecca Bryan of Chagrin Falls started

this first-of-its-kind sweet shop to cater to those with specific dietary needs that don’t want to sacrifice quality and

taste in their dessert selections.

“We think everyone deserves a delicious dessert, no matter what dietary restrictions or preferences they might have,”

said Rebecca Bryan, owner. “Whether you can’t eat eggs or are observing specific religious beliefs, we want to make

sure our bakery offers something for everyone.”

Vegan Sweet Tooth does not use any animal bi-products in any of its sweets. That means no eggs, milk or butter.

They use many different techniques and vegetable-based products to supplement. There are also no trans fats,

hydrogenated oils or high-fructose corn syrup in any of their products.

Pasty selections include cookies, cupcakes, brownies, pies and muffins made from scratch. Customers can buy right

out of the case or place special orders for pick-up. In addition to pastries, Vegan Sweet Tooth has a popular cake

business, catering everything from weddings and Bar Mitzvahs to custom orders of all shapes and sizes.
